1. Eligibility

To use PayTo.us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current account information

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that contain false information.

3. Merchant Obligations

If you use PayTo.us as a merchant to sell products or services, you additionally agree to:

• Sell only legal products and services
• Maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Fulfill all orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws
• Honor your refund and return policies as stated to buyers
• Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices
• Maintain a valid Stripe account to receive payouts

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PayTo.us for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Selling counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods
• Processing stolen credit cards or engaging in money laundering
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Harassment, abuse, or threats against any person
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

5. Fees & Payments

PayTo.us operates on the following fee structure:

• Platform fees are displayed clearly before you list any product
• Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe and are separate from platform fees
• Payouts are processed according to your Stripe account settings
• We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the PayTo.us platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by PayTo.us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or brand assets without written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our platform

You retain all rights to the content and products you upload and sell through our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PayTo.us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayTo.us and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the platform poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
